Alyssa Kiernan M.S.,CCC-SLP, CBIS

Alyssa has been providing speech therapy services since 2013. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is licensed in the states of Virginia and North Carolina. Alyssa also holds the distinction of Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Alyssa has a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life within the nine areas recognized by ASHA. She believes a positive therapeutic relationship is essential to the assessment and intervention process and strives to make this connection with each client she encounters. 

Lauren Gumpert, M.A., CCC-SLP

Lauren graduated with her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from SDSU in 2017. She has experience working in both the hospital and school settings. Lauren's primary areas of interest include TBI, stuttering, and expressive/receptive language disorders. She is committed to communicating fully with her patients, families, and providers to ensure an optimal level of care and progress. 

Sarah Dwyer, M.S., CCC-SLP

Sarah Dwyer is a licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with experience treating in a variety of settings. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from James Madison University in 2018 and a master's from Old Dominion University in 2020. She is passionate about evidence-based practice and uses a play-based approach in therapy to meet patients' needs.

Megan Wood, M.S., CF-SLP

Megan Wood graduated with her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from New York University in 2022. After receiving her bachelors degree from Ohio University in 2006, Megan primarily stayed home with her three children before returning to graduate school. She was inspired to become a SLP by her daughter's journey with childhood apraxia of speech. She is passionate about supporting patients and their families while providing patient-centered care to support the individual needs of each client. 
 

Corry O'Neill, M.S.-OTR

Corrinne ONeill, also known as Ms. Corry, has been an occupational therapist for over 20 years, with the majority of that time working in pediatrics. She has written and illustrated four chidren’s books. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
